How much can I earn?
₹3 for every minute you're on a call, which is half of the ₹6 a minute callers pay. An hour on calls is ₹180, and five hours on calls a day, five days a week, comes to about ₹19,500 a month. How much you earn depends on how often you're online and how many calls you take.
How do I get paid?
Every call adds to your earnings in the app straight away. Earnings are ready to withdraw 7 days after the call; once you have ₹200 ready, request a payout to your UPI ID or bank account. You need your PAN saved to withdraw.
Do I have to work fixed hours?
No. Switch online when you're free and offline when you're not. Calls only ring while you're online with the app open.
Do I need a qualification?
No. SuperSocial is peer listening, not therapy. What matters is that you listen well, stay calm and don't judge. Our team reviews every application.
Will callers know who I am?
They see your host name, your photo if you add one, your languages and the topics you're comfortable with. They never see your phone number.
What if a caller is in crisis?
Stay with them, share the free Tele-MANAS helpline (14416), and flag the call as at risk in the app. Our team follows up.
Can I do this alongside a job or studies?
Yes. Go online whenever it suits you, even for half an hour. There's no minimum.
